Tokyo Disney Celebration Hotel is a “value type” Disney hotel located in the Shin-Urayasu area, with a simple service style and facilities for a casual resort stay. It consists of 2 different themed hotels; Tokyo Disney Celebration Hotel: Wish is themed on "Dream" and "Fantasy", while Tokyo Disney Celebration Hotel: Discover is themed on "Adventure" and "Discovery", each hotel offers different experiences. The lobby and courtyard are decorated in a style reminiscent of Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, while the guest rooms feature walls decorated with Disney characters and depictions of park attractions and locations.

The theme is "Dreams" and "Fantasy", with art  inspired by Cinderella Castle and “it's a small world" at Tokyo Disneyland, as well as sofas featuring the park's attractions. In addition, topiaries featuring the Tokyo Disneyland Electrical Parade Dreamlights motif have been installed in the courtyard, which beautifully illuminate at night.

Sofas and decorations inspired by Tokyo Disneyland attractions such as the Beaver Brothers Explorer Canoes and Big Thunder Mountain are placed in the lobby under the theme of adventure and discovery. The courtyard is decorated with pirate ship topiaries and treasure chests to make guests feel like explorers during their stay.
