About Special Shareholder Benefit Program
Since our founding in July 1960, we have managed to expand our business with the tremendous support of our guests as well as all our stakeholders, starting from shareholders. For this fiscal year (ending March 2026), which marks our 65th anniversary, we will be offering a special Shareholder Benefit to express our gratitude for your support over the past 65 years. We ask our shareholders to continue to support the growth of Oriental Land and Tokyo Disney Resort.

※This special shareholder benefit is a one-off benefit offered to commemorate the 65th anniversary
of the Company’s founding, in addition to the current regular benefits and benefits for long-term
shareholders.
※The complimentary passport tickets distributed under the special shareholder benefit program
are one-day passports that can be used at either Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea.
The complimentary passport tickets cannot be used during the period of special operation hours
(such as special operation hours during the year-end and New Year holidays).
※The complimentary passport tickets distributed under the special shareholder benefit program
will be valid until August 31, 2026.
The period is different from the valid period of the passport tickets distributed under the regular
shareholder benefit program.
We provide complimentary 1-Day Passports usable at either “Tokyo Disneyland” or “Tokyo DisneySea”.
We provide the complimentary passports twice a year to the Oriental Land shareholders whose names are listed on the registered and/or beneficial shareholders’ list as of September 30 and March 31 as the allotting record dates, in proportion to the number of shares held.
*Under the Book-entry Transfer System for Stocks, etc., you need to purchase shares of Oriental Land before/on the vesting date (two business days prior to the record date) in order to be registered as a shareholder on the allotting date. Please note that you need to purchase shares of Oriental Land by September 26, 2025 in order to become eligible for the shareholder benefit at September 30, 2025.

Oriental Land’s Shareholders Benefit Program is limited to shareholders who purchase shares of Oriental Land under their own name through a securities company that participates the securities depository system.
Please make an inquiry to the securities company that you deal with regarding whether you meet the condition above. For your information, the followings are examples of occasions which you may become ineligible to the Shareholders Benefit Program.
・When you hold shares of Oriental Land under a name other than your own name on the registered
and/or beneficial shareholders’ list.
・When you live in any foreign country and have not designated a place to receive mails inside Japan.
・When you have been using the stock lending service at a securities company.
The following tables show the distribution criteria for the shareholder benefit program.
We usually send out the complimentary passport tickets in “the beginning of June” to shareholders with the allotting record date of March 31 as well as in “the beginning of December” to shareholders with the allotting record date of September 30.
The details of dates for sending out will be on the IR calendar once it has been decided.

One year
- You need to make an entry designating your preferred date of park admission in advance through Tokyo Disney Resort Official Website when you wish to use your Shareholders’ Passport.
- Shareholders’ Passports are not valid during the period of the attendance restriction or special operation hours (such as operation hours during the year-end and New Year).
- No extension of the validity period is accepted under any circumstances.
- In the event that the park operation is interfered from suspension of park operation or restricting entries to the park, etc. due to Force Majeure such as acts of God, the spread of an infectious disease, or an order, instruction, or request, etc. from an administrative agency to reduce or suspend the operation, or other reasons not attributable to Oriental Land, the Shareholders’ Passports shall not be compensated.
The long-term shareholder benefit program will be changed from the record date of September 30, 2023.
One complimentary passport ticket* will be additionally distributed every year to shareholders who keep holding shares of Oriental Land for a long time, which shall be separated from the number of distribution under the current shareholder benefit program.
*It is subject to the same conditions of use as the complimentary passports for shareholders that is distributed under the current shareholder benefit program.

【Note】
Please keep in mind that you will be out of the target shareholders in the event that your shareholder number is changed.
The followings are examples of occasions which may change a shareholder number.
- In the event that your registration information on the registered and/or beneficial shareholders’ list is changed
・ When the name of shareholder is changed in the context of inheritance or for other reasons.
・ When the stock custodian securities company is changed. - In the event that you are registered again after you have become out of the registered and/or beneficial shareholders’ list.
・When you have been using the stock lending service at a securities company.
・When you sell out all shares of Oriental Land you have held and repurchase shares of
Oriental Land before the record date.

【Note】
- Please keep in mind that no distributions of the complimentary passports are provided to shareholders who are not listed on the registered and/or beneficial shareholders’ list as of the record date of September 30 even if the conditions above are met.
- In the event that a shareholder number is changed after the shareholder has become eligible for the long-term shareholder benefit program (eg. When you sell out all shares of Oriental Land you have held and repurchase shares of Oriental Land before the record date), the shareholder will be out of the target shareholders for the distribution. The shareholder is required to be listed on the registered and/or beneficial shareholders’ list for consecutively seven times or more with a new shareholder number in order to become eligible again for the long-term shareholder benefit program.
To enter the park, date of visit and park must be reserved in advance before the desired date of visit through the Tokyo Disney Resort App or Tokyo Disney Resort Official Website.
Reservations are accepted for park admissions up to the same date two months later.
※Reservations are accepted daily from 2:00 p.m. for admissions on the same date two months later.
※If the same date for admission does not exist in the month in which you are making your reservation,
tickets will be available from 2:00 p.m. on the first day of the next month.
※You may not be able to make a reservation for the desired date of visit if the number of ticket
reservations made per day reach a certain limit.

- Please make a reservation for each ticket individually.
- When you enter the park, you may be requested to present a Shareholders’ Passport that has been sent you, so please make sure to bring one on your day of visit.
- If you did not enter the park on the date of admission you have reserved and newly make a reservation, you will need to scan a Shareholders’ Passport again through the Tokyo Disney Resort App.
