Disney Ambassador Hotel was the first Disney branded hotel in Japan. It opened on July 7, 2000 at the same time as the adjacent Ikspiari shopping and entertainment complex.

The first hotel in Japan to be operated under license from The Walt Disney Company, Disney Ambassador Hotel is designed to reflect the sophisticated Art Deco style of the 1930s.
Disney Ambassador Hotel benefits from the extensive hotel business experience of The Disney Company, as well as from OLC’s finely tuned hospitality philosophy nurtured through the extensive and successful operation of Tokyo Disneyland. Guests staying at this hotel can enjoy the convenience of its proximity to JR Maihama Station while experiencing the unique atmosphere of the first Disney Hotel in Japan.

Many of the guest rooms are spacious enough for a family or group of three or four to share comfortably. Guests may choose from different types of rooms to satisfy their various needs.

Disney Ambassador Hotel also provides dining and shopping in the fantastic Disney atmosphere. At the Disney shop, Festival Disney, guests can choose from a large selection of Disney-related merchandise. In the casual dining restaurant, Chef Mickey, guests have the opportunity to dine while the Disney characters visit each table. The open kitchen-style deli-cafe, Tick Tock Diner, serves a variety of foods to take out or eat in. Another draw of this hotel is the “Disney’s Fairy Tale Wedding” program designed exclusively for Disney branded hotels. Romantic wedding ceremonies are held in a lovely chapel, followed by dream-like banquets.

Disney Ambassador Hotel is where guests visiting Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea can continue to enjoy the magical atmosphere of the Parks back at their Disney-themed hotel rooms.
