This segment is comprised of a total of eight facilities which includes four Disney hotels of Disney Ambassador Hotel, Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta, Tokyo Disneyland Hotel and Tokyo Disney Resort Toy Story Hotel run by Milial Resort Hotels Co., Ltd, and hotels run by Brighton Corporation Co., Ltd. such as Palm & Fountain Terrance Hotel, Urayasu Brighton Hotel, and Kyoto Brighton Hotel.

Milial Resort Hotels Co., Ltd. has the exclusive right to manage and operate the Disney Hotels in Japan, all four of which have distinct features reflecting their unique locations and characteristics, offering a variety of experiences to guests. Moreover, the non-Disney-brand hotels such as Palm & Fountain Terrace Hotel and Urayasu Brighton Hotel, which is a luxury hotel, offer affordably priced hotel accommodations for families and groups. Developing the five hotels in Maihama and Shin-Urayasu areas, the segment has contributed to a rise in the number of guests staying overnight at Tokyo Disney Resort, increasing revenue not only for the hotel business but also for the entire group businesses.
