Attendance Figures for the First Half of Fiscal Year 2017
URAYASU, CHIBA—Tokyo Disney Resort® announced today that the total combined attendance at Tokyo Disneyland® Park and Tokyo DisneySea® Park during the first half of this fiscal year (April 1 to September 30, 2017) amounted to a figure of 14,775,000 persons (an increase of 445,000 persons or 103.1% of the attendance figure for the same period last year). This attendance figure is the third highest figure up to this time.
During the first half of this fiscal year, the new attraction “Nemo & Friends SeaRider,” as well as the special event “Disney Pirates Summer,” attracted Guests to Tokyo DisneySea. At Tokyo Disneyland, special events filled with seasonal elements such as “Disney's Easter” also proved to be highly popular.
