OLCグループのサステナビリティに関する、外部機関からの評価・表彰についてご紹介します。
2020年から、株式会社オリエンタルランドは、世界の代表的な ESG投資指標である「Dow Jones Sustainability Indices（DJSI）Asia Pacific Index」(以下、DJSI Asia Pacific)の構成銘柄に選定されています。
「DJSI Asia Pacific Index」は、米国のS&P Dow Jones Indices社とスイスのRobecoSAM社が共同で開発した株式指数で、ESGの側面から企業の持続可能性（サステナビリティ）を評価し、アジア・太平洋地域における総合的に優れた企業が選定されます。
2015年から、当社は、「FTSE4Good Index Series」の構成銘柄に選定されています。
「FTSE4Good Index Series」は、環境、社会、ガバナンス（ESG）に関する世界基準を満たす企業を構成銘柄とした株価指数で、ロンドン証券取引所が100％出資する独立企業FTSE Russellにより開発されたものです。
2017年から、当社は、「FTSE Blossom Japan Index」の構成銘柄に選定されています。
「FTSE Blossom Japan Index」は、ESGについて優れた対応を実践している日本企業のパフォーマンスを測定するために設計された株価指数です。国連の持続可能な開発目標（SDGｓ）を含む既存の国際基準から、「FTSE4Good」の組み入れ基準を使用して作成されています。
2022年から、当社は「FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index」の構成銘柄に選定されています。「FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index」は、各セクターにおいて相対的に、環境、社会、ガバナンス（ESG）の対応に優れた日本企業のパフォーマンスを反映するインデックスで、セクター・ニュートラルとなるよう設計されています。また低炭素経済への移行を促進するため、特に温室効果ガス排出量の多い企業については、TPI（Transition Pathway Initiative）経営品質スコアにより改善の取り組みが評価される企業のみを組み入れています。
2017年から、当社は、「MSCIジャパンESGセレクト･リーダーズ指数」の構成銘柄に選定されています。「MSCIジャパンESGセレクト･リーダーズ指数」は、米国MSCI社が算出・公表している株価指数で、業種内でESG評価に優れた企業を選別して構築されています。
2017年から、当社は、「MSCI日本株女性活躍指数」の構成銘柄に選定されています。「MSCI日本株女性活躍指数」は、業種内で性別多様性に優れた企業を対象に構築されています。

2018年から、当社は、「S&P/JPXカーボン・エフィシェント指数」の構成銘柄に選定されています。「S&P/JPXカーボン・エフィシェント指数」は、環境情報の開示状況や炭素効率性（売上高あたり炭素排出量）の水準に着目して構成銘柄のウエイトを決定する指数です。
2023年から、当社は、「Morningstar Japan ex-REIT Gender Diversity Tilt Index」（以下、GenDi J)の構成銘柄に選定されています。
「GenDi J」は、米国 Morningstar 社が オランダEquileap 社＊のデータと評価手法を活用し、ジェンダー・ダイバーシティ・ポリシーが文化として浸透している企業、および、ジェンダーに関係なく従業員に対し平等な機会を約束している企業が選定されます。

当社は、東京ディズニーランドと東京ディズニーシーにおける、「電力見える化システム」を活用した組織的な節電活動が評価され、環境省主催の「平成30年度地球温暖化防止活動環境大臣表彰（対策活動実践・普及部門）」を受賞しました。
当社は、厚生労働省主催の「平成 28 年度パートタイム労働者活躍推進企業表彰」において、「最優良賞（厚生労働大臣賞）」を受賞しました。
