
Tokyo Disneyland Hotel
This segment includes four hotels run by Milial Resort Hotels Co., Ltd. including three Disney Hotels – Disney Ambassador Hotel (opened in July 2000), Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta (opened in September 2001), and Tokyo Disneyland Hotel (opened in July 2008) – as well as the non-Disney brand Palm & Fountain Terrace Hotel (opened in February 2005).
Milial Resort Hotels Co., Ltd. has the exclusive right to manage and operate the Disney Hotels in Japan, all three of which have distinct characteristics reflecting their unique locations and themes, offering a variety of experiences to Guests. Moreover, the non-Disney brand Palm & Fountain Terrace Hotel offers affordably priced hotel accommodations for families and groups. Development of these four hotels around the Maihama area has led to a rise in the number of Guests staying overnight at Tokyo Disney Resort. Besides increasing the hotel business revenue, the hotels also contribute to Oriental Land Group as a whole.

This is the first Disney Hotel in Japan. Disney Character motifs are used throughout the hotel interior and Guest rooms.
This was the third Disney Hotel to open in Japan. Some rooms are themed to Disney Characters, such as Peter Pan.
